| 90-Minute Massage with Reflexology |
Enjoy a therapeutic massage with reflexology of the feet. Your session will begin with reflexology. Gentle pressure, stretch and movement will be applied to your feet to effect positive changes in corresponding parts of your body (your body is reflected in your feet). This will be followed by the placement of hot stones between the toes and a warm moist wrap of the feet to include a relaxed and healing state. Your massage experience will follow. Reflexology and massage are a wonderful complement to one another in restoring balance in body, mind, and spirit. |

| LaStone Therapy |
Stone
Massage has been called “- a massage like no
other.” The current use of stones (hot and cold)
in massage work began as an inspired way for one Arizona
therapist to continue working structurally deep with
her clients without further compromising her own body.
Her work has laid the foundation for many interpretations
of this beautiful and often deeply moving treatment.
The stones are used as extensions of a therapists hands and so, size and shapes will vary to meet the needs of a session that may include trigger point work, Swedish strokes and energy work among other modalities. Stones are also chosen d for their ability to hold and transfer heat ( basalt ) and also, their ability to alleviate inflammation ( marble). The use of hot and cool stones is an intrinsic part of this treatment as we are able to exercise the vascular system and the effect can be both stimulating and sedating to the nervous system.
- Due to extreme temperatures we request that you
inform staff at time of booking of potential health
concerns such as pregnancy, hypertension or other
heart concerns. Modifications to this treatment
may be made to accommodate you.

- We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for an appointment your services to be received may be adjusted in time.
- Payment is due at the time you receive your services. You may pay your massage therapist directly with cash or check.
