Harmony Farm would like to extend an invitation to participate in an ongoing meditation group that will meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month from 7 to 8:30 p.m., beginning May 1st, 2008. The group will be led by Don Kramer Ph.D., a Clinical Psychologist in private practice who has been doing clinical work for 30 years. He has a special interest in integrating spiritual practice with psychological intervention and has led meditation groups and workshops in this area. Don has been attending workshops at Harmony Farm for the past 10 years. He has always felt a special connection to the energies and work of Harmony Farm and is looking forward to using his fondness for the Farm in this ongoing meditation group.

Don describes his vision for the group… “This will be a time to step out of the energies and consciousness of our everyday lives and make room for a deeper connection with our Source. The focus of the group will be to come together in community to experience a larger sense of ourselves and to bring these deeper resources into our lives. We will assist each other in harmonizing and weaving together the eternal and timeless aspects of ourselves with the concerns and realities of our personal lives. Through guided meditation, silence and personal sharing and support, we hope to assist each other in blending the spiritual and personal for greater clarity, peace and well being. We will also have available to us the use of the Labyrinth to deepen our experience. Our aim is to create a community of like-minded people to share in our individual journeys toward fuller realization of the truth of our Being.”

The Meditation Group will meet on an ongoing basis.  Participants are free to come whenever their schedules permit. There will be no charge for attending, however, donations will be accepted.
