Spring and Sacred Play

Revelations of Guidance Energy™

As the seasons begin to shift and we near the Spring Solstice, we turn our minds towards shifting from the cave of winter’s dwelling to the freedom of Spring’s welcoming. We are reminded once again of the playful nature in all of us; reminded of renewal; the mundane task of Spring cleaning and creating sacred space for this natural renewal. Guidance Energy™ speaks to us about the necessity of play in our lives. As a way to open our creative abilities, connect deeper to our spiritual awareness by creating sacred space to play in.
Guidance Energy™ Reveals:

“Children love to play. These souls in little bodies have an abundance of things: their curiosity, their openness, their desire for discovery and the wonderful ambivalence and ambition for things to be revealed to them. This is a wonderful energy for all to have at any age, at any time, wherever you are in your process. A wonderful child-like discovery of what is to come. When was the last time that you played? Can you remember when you might have played recently? Or have you been in a place where others are playing and thought of all the things to do? Playfulness is an important energy where the body becomes occupied in a wonderful mundane capacity of a repetitive motion, allowing the mind to be free. The mind becomes free to a process called imagination.

If you ask for the openness of your creative abilities, the answer is play. But I am an adult and I am responsible so how can I play? It might seem ridiculous but it is absolutely necessary. As an adult, if you learn how to play and you undergo the process of discovery and imagination, the next step will be how to make it happen. When one expands their mind consciousness to accept a greater understanding of play and imagination it will eventually lead to creation and manifestation. Play accesses the imagination, cements thought forms as ideas and then implements and executes them in the process of manifestation. It is a simple process and it takes virtually no time at all. When children play what happens to them? They get hungry and they sleep better. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an authentic hunger for a change? Or to sleep a peaceful sleep without all those conflicts? Wouldn’t that shift your life quicker? What you are doing is you saving time. If you spend five minutes or three minutes a day playing in authentic sacred space on a certain level of consciousness your body will exhibit exactly what happens to the children when they play. You are going to sleep better and your bodies are going to require certain kinds of nutrition. You will increase time spent in sleep. What if you slept a little better and you had more time during the day because the sleep was better? What if you used your sleep time as a time of playful exploration which allowed there to be imagination and discovery? You don’t even need to remember it. You just need to wake up and do the implementation and execution process.

It is here where a great shift in consciousness can occur. Many of you believe spirituality to be serious. I must meditate and go inward. I must love everyone. This is not true. Spirituality is connecting to one’s soul, connecting to one’s higher power. Whatever you project that higher power to be. Whether it is love, God, the Divine- whatever it is called it is the connection to soul with an intention toward oneness. With many on a spiritual path the intention is love that can unite all, but what about that wonderful personality friction that is engaged in the everyday? Personality difficulties are extremely important in learning lessons which is why some engage in relationships of conflict. It can accelerate the process of healing. Everyone is a mirror that triggers a deeper healing. You embark on a spiritual path with the intention of love and you wonder why you have so many problems. Everything opens up the door for learning, especially problems. Everyone you meet and everything that you touch you are going to learn from. Therefore you are going to get triggered. Most people on a spiritual path will find their lives a bit turbulent at times. As long as the intention is love, that turbulence is learning in positive polarity rather than negative polarity. If you are going to be on a spiritual path and have everyone trigger things in you then why not make it positive instead of negative? How to do this? The answer is Play! Play in authentic sacred space. All of you in one way or another have created what you believe to be sacred space. Is it authentic sacred space? Your home can be called sanctuary space, however, at times a home can be quite turbulent. Although the sanctuary space is beautiful and much time and energy is spent beautifying it, the conflict is the natural turbulence of a home environment. Meditation in the bedroom could be a conflict. How can you sleep soundly with all your sacred objects and the power of the energy? It is the creation of authentic sacred space. Authentic sacred space is the space in which you will play. It can be anything, anywhere where you are engaging authentic play. As you play in that sacred space your imagination will soar allowing you to use techniques of manifestation to bring in the ideas and thought forms. As your imagination cements into ideas and thought forms you then implement the thought forms, execute the ideas and shift into manifestation.”
