I have lived with stress for the last 8 years. My body had developed many stress related symptoms such as stiffness, acid reflux, digestion problems and tumors. I was run down and know I was a prime candidate for disease. After two sessions with Robin very happy feeling came over me. I wonder if my body was finally receiving help in the form of proper nutrition. It was certainly a feeling I had not felt in quite awhile. Robin is teaching me about systems balance which can protect by body from disease and boost my immune system. Many of my problems are starting to come under control and I do not need to take my prescription for my acid reflux! I have also learned about body management such as breathing. I now know I must try to help my body on all levels. I feel much better about life and much less stressed!

Robin and I began working together three months ago. My primary interest was in learning more about following a vegetarian diet for health reasons, I had no idea that Robin would introduce me to the complex nature of eating and health. Robin has helped me to see that eating is actually a very spiritual part of life and it is important to introduce food and drink that nourish the body and the soul. Now I pay close attention to how I feel when eating. If I feel fatigued after eating a particular food, then I know that food is not in my best health. If I feel rejuvenated, then that particular food is a food that should be included as something that provides energy to my body. Robin has the gift of teaching about a variety of foods and combination of foods that can alleviate health problems and also assist in creating feelings of well being. Robin has been a great asset in providing practical nutrition information and a vast array of resources for me to investigate to assist me in bringing about optimal feelings of good health and wellness.
