"With touch that is slow and intentional, massage becomes a quiet body conversation between the wisdom that guides you and the intuition that guides me in this healing work. I bring a gentle presence to my work and it is always an honor, to be in this deep listening, which supports us in an ever increasing awareness of the whole body. Some of the forms I find useful for this journey include: deep tissue and myofascial release work, gentle stretching, energetic attention, acupressure and the deep release of LaStone therapy. I continue to develop a resonance with bodywork and its healing capacity through the work I receive as a client, my personal relationship with meditation and movement practices and also, through the training I receive with exceptional practioners here and across the country. I love to share this work with people and I am so happy to be with you in this beautiful journey."
